Programming - The thorough and systematic evaluation of the interrelated values, goals, facts and needs of a client’s organization, facility users, and the surrounding community.

Site Analysis - The evaluation of an existing or potential site in relation to the development program, environmental impact, impacts on the community and adjacent properties, project budget and schedule.

Strategic Facility Planning - Translating an organization’s strategic business plans into facility plans taking into consideration forecasting, financial analysis, scheduling, real estate transactions, hedging and site selection

Existing Condition Survey - Inspecting and documentation of an existing building’s composition, configurations and as-built conditions using field measurements and photography.

Schematic Design - Documentation providing a level of information that establishes and delineates the building design concept.

Design Development - Additional documentation on the information contained in schematic design documents to further refine, illustrate and describe the building design.

Construction Document Drawings - Documentation that set forth the detailed requirements for the construction of a building project.

Construction Document Specifications - Research, analysis, evaluation and written documents for building materials, equipment and construction systems.

Contract Procurement - Assisting the client in obtaining competent construction services.

Contract Administration - Involves interpreting construction documents. It may include making site visits to observe the construction to determine if the project is being built according to the plans and specifications, reviewing and approving the contractor's applications for payment, processing change orders, and keeping the owner informed of the project's progress.

Sustainable/Green Building Design (LEED) - Using a process that is environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life-cycle: from design to construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and demolition.

Post Occupancy Evaluation - Evaluation of how well a facility contributes to the productivity, satisfaction and well-being of the occupants and the goals of the organization.
